Which tool should I start with?
For a standing stock target, open the free linen stock calculator without signing in. If you need to cover specific arrival dates, start with Linen Forecast and confirm your current inventory. Add laundry cost records and turnover tasks as you need them; they are separate records, so a cleaning task does not automatically become a guest booking.
What works today
Add bookings manually or review CSV and iCal files before saving. File imports are snapshots; live calendar URL syncing and recurring-series expansion are not available. Weekly reports can be previewed, copied and exported. Automated email sending is not yet connected.
All tools are free at this stage. If commercial features are introduced later, charges would require clear pricing and your explicit agreement.
