Calculator inputs
The public household and linen-planning calculations run in your browser. Their calculator forms do not send inputs to a server or require an account. Inputs are held in page memory and are normally lost when you leave or reload, except information included in a shared result URL or explicitly saved in the optional browser features below.
Optional My Laundry Setup and tool handoffs
My Laundry Setup saves only the settings you explicitly review and save in this browser’s local storage under washsage-laundry-setup-v2. This may include appliance model and programme details, dimensions, dry weight, units, tariffs, region and source provenance. It stays until you clear it in the tool or your browser removes site data. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see it. Export and clear controls are available in every tool; tools remain usable without saving.
Choosing a “Continue with this information” link puts applicable fields into session storage under washsage-tool-transfer-v2. Linen targets use washsage-par-target-preview-v2. Recipients display a review before applying values; pending previews expire after one hour and disappear with the browser session. Dismiss or clear controls remove them. These features do not send inputs to optional analytics, put them in navigation URLs, or automatically create Workspace stock. Do not enter personal or guest details into instruction fields.
Private Workspace records
When you sign in to the free Workspace, the hosting service supplies a verified account identifier and email. WashSage saves your account, workspace membership, properties, inventory movements, bookings, calendar-file events, laundry jobs, forecast results, report preferences, feedback, expenses, tasks, purchases and support records in its hosted database. Authorised workspace members can access records according to their role; the owner administrator can review accounts, product usage, forecast reliability reports and support issues. The Workspace menu stores only the selected workspace identifier in session storage.
All saved tools are currently free. Registration uses verified hosting sign-in; no payment credentials are collected. Calendar imports are uploaded files, not automatically refreshed feeds. Avoid guest names and contact details. Weekly email preferences require explicit opt-in; automated delivery is unavailable, and you can unsubscribe in Linen Forecast. Settings provides account data export and permanent deletion of your owned workspaces and memberships. Previously submitted beta-interest records can also be removed through account deletion or an operator request. Aggregate account and saved-action counts help assess product usage; no advertising tracker or newsletter signup is required to use a calculator.
Previous managed-pilot applications
New managed-pilot applications, paid offers and timed trials are closed. Previously submitted business names, roles, property counts, regions, laundry-spend bands, record formats, workflow descriptions and owner responses remain in a private archive for you and the authorised WashSage owner. Any historical transaction reference, payment-stage record or trial dates are retained as records, not a current offer or access limit. No payment credentials are stored. You can view or delete an earlier application on its private archive page. Account export includes these records and account deletion removes them. Application email notices are disabled.
Recovery actions
Late Laundry Rescue Plan scenarios run in your browser using the records already loaded for your Workspace. Changing a scenario does not change inventory. Saved recovery actions store the affected booking/item, scenario settings, chosen action, responsible person or role, availability, any quote, status and closure evidence. Workspace permissions apply; these records are included in account export and removed with an owned Workspace on account deletion. A confirmed closure records an owner or administrator’s check against current stock; it is not an independent inspection.
Shared results
A fit-check link contains your selected non-sensitive bedding and machine details. The optional manufacturer/model text is excluded. Anyone with the link can read its parameters. The URL may also appear in browser history and hosting access logs. Canonical links exclude the query string.
Preferences and hosting
Advertising and free access
All tools are currently free. We plan to fund the public website through advertising. Google AdSense ads and advertising cookies are not active in this version. Public calculators remain usable without an account or optional analytics consent; saved Workspace records require a free verified account.
If Google advertising is activated after approval, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow it and its partners to personalise ads across participating sites. You can manage personalisation in Google My Ad Center and read how Google uses advertising cookies. The active consent message will identify providers and offer the choices applicable to your region. We will update these pages for the actual configuration before enabling ads.
The footer’s current Privacy choices control covers only WashSage’s optional first-party usage measurement. It does not authorise Google advertising or replace a Google-certified advertising consent platform. No private Workspace records, booking data or calculator inputs are shared with advertisers. Google explains its handling of information from sites and apps that use its services.
The website stores your colour theme and optional analytics preference in this browser. Hostinger hosts this public WordPress website, which does not require visitor sign-in. The separately hosted free Workspace uses ChatGPT Sites to manage sign-in for the private Workspace. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as URLs and connection details, under its own practices. This application does not transmit calculator form contents.

Privacy choices
Optional public usage measurement stays off until you grant the current consent through “Privacy choices” in the footer. An earlier preference from the version with no connected measurement does not activate it. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep it off. Revoking consent stops new measurements; it cannot remove your contribution from already combined totals because no visitor identifier is retained.
What optional measurement records
The WordPress public site stores its own daily counts by public page, action type and coarse source: search, referral, direct or internal. Page views and calculator completions are events, not unique visitors or verified organic sessions. No form values, full referrer URLs, search queries, query strings, IP addresses, account IDs or browser fingerprints are written to these measurement totals. The hosting provider necessarily handles the request connection under its own practices.
Daily totals are kept for the latest 90 UTC dates; older buckets are removed when a new accepted measurement arrives. Only the authorised owner can view the administration report. No third-party analytics service or advertising tracker receives these events. Clear this website’s browser data to remove your stored preferences. Private Workspace activity uses the account and operational records described above, independently of this optional public measurement.
