Reference tools
These tools provide general planning guidance based on your inputs and cited reference data. They do not inspect your appliance or bedding and cannot certify compatibility, appliance installation or a drying method.
Follow product instructions
Use your bedding care label and exact appliance manual. Check programme-specific limits. Do not machine wash or dry an item using a prohibited method, force bulky items into a drum, or rely on a nominal capacity alone.
Estimates and limitations
Actual garment weights, product dimensions and environmental conditions vary. Review missing data and assumptions shown with each result. A conditional result is not a safety guarantee or a manufacturer endorsement.
Free saved Workspace and forecasts
All tools are currently free. Saved business records require a verified account and authorised workspace membership. Keep stock, booking and laundry records current. Forecasts are deterministic planning estimates, with projected returns and missing confirmations shown separately. File imports can omit booking details or contain availability blocks. Confirm uncertain events, guest counts, stock and actual returns before relying on a result. Automated email delivery, live feed URL synchronisation and recurring-series expansion are not available. You can export records or delete your owned WashSage workspaces in Settings. Any future commercial offering would require transparent terms and your explicit agreement; free accounts are not automatically converted into paying customers.
No paid plan or trial countdown
All public and saved tools are free, including Linen Forecast and recovery actions. New paid offers, managed-pilot applications, checkout and timed trials are disabled. Previous application and trial records do not restrict software access. The linen readiness page now explains the free self-service workflow. This does not promise a managed review, supplier contact or physical stock inspection.
Advertising
We intend to support the public site through clearly identified advertising after the required account approval and consent setup. Ads are currently disabled. Advertising must not change calculation results, manufacturer restrictions or access to the free tools. See the advertising disclosure.
