Three things to separate.
A stock target tells you what you want to own. A readiness check asks what will actually be usable before the next arrival.
- 01
What the arrival requires
Record sheets, pillowcases and towels by property, bed size and service allowance. Confirm guest counts and booking times.
- 02
What is clean now
Count actual usable stock. Keep in-use, dirty, in-laundry, damaged and missing items separate. Confirm the date of the count.
- 03
What still needs to happen
Expected returns are projections. Check their quantity and timing, investigate gaps and assign a recovery action before the readiness deadline.
Twenty-four towels needed. Eighteen confirmed clean.
A batch of twelve is due before the arrival. If it returns on time, there may be no projected gap, but the return still needs confirming.
If the batch arrives after the readiness deadline, six towels remain uncovered. If only three usable towels return in time, the gap is three.
Confirm a priority return or an alternative source, including compatibility and travel time. A saved plan does not create clean stock.

Use your records in four steps.
- Create a free Workspace and add your properties, item sizes and stock counts.
- Add upcoming bookings manually or import supported calendar files. Review availability blocks and missing guest counts.
- Record laundry batches and realistic return times. Confirm actual receipt when items come back.
- Run the forecast, review warnings and use the Late Laundry Rescue Plan to test a delay or partial return. Save a feasible recovery action with a responsible person and deadline.
Closing an action as stock-backed requires actual inventory updates and a fresh stock confirmation. The tool does not contact suppliers, order linen, inspect stock or guarantee availability. Read how the forecasts work.

These blank CSVs help organise your own checks. They are preparation worksheets; review the import instructions inside the Workspace before uploading a file. No guest names, access codes or private calendar links are needed.
Start with the next arrival.
Use the public sample first, then enter your own records in the free Workspace. Managed-pilot applications and paid offers are closed. The tools have no trial countdown.
